Amanda will gladly reschedule due to illness or other unforseen circumstances; please notify her at least 48 hours before your session if possible. If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will reschedule to another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, Amanda will notify you a day or two before the session. If this is your first session with Amanda, your session date is booked by paying the session fee into the appropriate accounts. NZ: $200 Kiwibank 38-9009-0543053-00 Belgian: €100 Delta Lloyd Bank BIC: BNAG BE BB IBAN Code: BE73 1325 1018 3160 Please note that the use of cameras (still and video) other than the photographer’s is prohibited during your session. Images will be available approximately 2 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in a private online slideshow and gallery that you are welcome to share with friends and family. The slideshow and gallery are live for four days and you will be contacted before they are made live so that you may select four consecutive days that work well for your schedule. During these four days you will make your portrait selection and place your order; if you must delay ordering, we can archive all of your images for a $50/€25 weekly fee at your request (limit 3 months) until your order is placed. Payment of your portrait order is due in full when you place the order (unless payment plan has been discussed). Ordered images are archived for one year while unordered images are purged six weeks after your session. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Amanda does, of course, guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect and wants you to be more than pleased with your images. By checking the following box you are stating that you accept and agree with the details and conditions written above and also acknowledge that: (a) The AIPA Standard Terms below form part of this Agreement and (b) I have had an opportunity to read the AIPA Standard Terms and I am satisfied I understand this Booking Agreement; and (c) The Photographic Works may be used for the purposes set out in clause 2 of the AIPA Standard Terms.

INSTRUCTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING The Client must ensure that all their instructions and expectations (or variations of such) regarding the Booking or Order are agreed in writing. 2. The Photographer grants the Client a non – exclusive Licence to use those parts of the Photographic Works selected by the Photographer and presented to the Client, however this Licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce or publish the Photographic Works or any part of the Photographic Works. The Client may license any or all of the Photographic Works from the Photographer’s selection.
