Expecting their second child, I met this gorgeous family in Parc du Cinquantenaire on a beautiful Belgian spring evening. I’m so glad the whole family joined in for the maternity session. How beautiful is mama to be. Can’t wait to hear news of (and get my camera out for) their new baby!

A family of six {Auckland Family Photographer}March 22nd, 2011Including the dogs. Another perfectly sunny, fun filled morning with the most gorgeous of families. I would love for more images of my family playing together as we grew up. A glimpse into the past. How we interacted. How precious will these images be to the boys when their parents are walking around on canes. [...] |

Another perfectly sunny, fun filled morning with the most gorgeous of families.
I would love for more images of my family playing together as we grew up. A glimpse into the past. How we interacted. How precious will these images be to the boys when their parents are walking around on canes. Their minds may be too young to capture the memory of this fantastic day, but it was caught on camera thanks to their parents and the boys can return to the day any day through their (what will be) treasured session album.

Can imagine how much crazy fun they had. They arrived back in Auckland just in time for an extended family photo shoot under the setting sun before flying back to the other side of the world very early the next morning…
Well half of them anyway. The other half we get to keep.

We have spent so much time at the beach already and the holidays have only just begun. I am trying to remember to always leave a towel in the car as a quick stop on the way home more often than not turns into a quick dip.
This beautiful mum is another working on european time. We’ve had more than a couple email conversations after midnight!
Hoping to repeat the fun evening beach bike ride again soon … if the rain ever dries up.

All the way from England {Auckland Brussels Family Photographer}October 8th, 2010They came from afar. England in fact. Well, pause in their french holiday. Was so much fun. The kids were wired after spending so much time in the car so was whizz whizz laugh the entire time. I met these guys (before kids) many years ago playing netball in Brussels (seemed like a nice patriotic thing to do). Was so good to finish the session with a white beer just like the old days…

Cartwheels through the Park {Auckland Brussels Family Photographer}September 9th, 2010A beautiful mid winter day, some bad french grammar on my part (I appreciate anyone who is brave enough to listen to my bad french, my son certainly doesn’t accept it), a beautiful family, lots of colour, a beautiful park and tons of fun. I was so impressed watching Charlotte cartwheeling through the field while I went to get a chair and blankets from the car. What a cool trick to have up your sleeve. Such a carefree, happy image, I love how her family is looking on proudly.
