Four Generations

This was such a fun shoot, in a beautiful little Brussels park (it seemed to be a theme this trip, discovering new amazing parks in Brussels I had never seen before).  4 generations of amazing women. Grateful to have been involved in capturing these moments.

We found some balloons and then this happened

What could be more fun than running and playing in the local park after dinner with your family. Cuteness overload.

Ukuleles, xylophones, honkers and streamers

This most lovely family wanted to capture not only the weeks old adorable addition to their family, but parents over visiting from France. We had the best dance party in the fields of an Auckland farm.

Beach balls

Pretty much a perfect beautiful morning beach shoot. Family hanging out having fun on the beach, I'm there to capture the fleeting moment of them at this point in time. <3

Cutest lil guy

Beauty

Infectious warm laughs made me want to stay and play and beautiful sweet cuddly Millie made me terribly cluck clucky.

Our European Family

Building up to our trip to Europe, 3 weeks before we leave. Can't wait to see some of our favourite people. Going through some snaps from last year which are making me smile.

Annual Interview

If you haven't started annual interviews yet, now is a great time (better now than never). We started in 2012 when my son was six (all his baby teeth), next 2013  (no front teeth) and again today 2014 with two adult front teeth. So cute looking back at 2012.

Here is our format.

Before you start, ask the interviewee to get their favourite toy, favourite soft toy and favourite book. If you have pets, have them close by too Find a location with lots of lovely natural light and the interviewee's face directed towards the light. Looking back at these videos, it was best when he was sitting down at the table (otherwise he's jumping and rolling around all over the place).

Start recording. Introduce the annual interview with year and date.

The farm

I'm back!! I have been very busy working but also finding a new home which has been incredibly time consuming. Now can get back to blogging (plus have so many pics to process). Thank you to all who have been so patient! Here is a pic of my cousin's gorgeous daughter on their farm from last year. xo

Dreams do come true {Belgium Family Photographer}

Little Mona is the perfect example, sweet and beautiful. This session was from back in spring, absolutely love the Tervuren forest, the ground covered in spring flowers and the light coming through the trees.
